This two-disc DVD allows you to see real families grapple with questions, share their concerns and hopes and prepare for the life change that is having a baby. You will learn about critical topics such as breastfeeding, pain relief, birth positions, the birth environment, bonding with your baby, making sense of the birth experience, life with a new baby and much more. It also features a number of leading experts, as well as advice on complementary therapies including osteopathy, acupuncture, birth hypnosis and the use of doulas.
We want to ensure you receive your Birthwise DVD so all orders are sent by Recorded Delivery. If you are not available to sign for it the post office will hold it for 7 days before returning it to us.
However if you do not wish to pay for signed delivery, you may choose the unsigned option and do so at your own risk. Birthwise will NOT replace any lost or damaged items.
Due to the industrial action by the post service that is taking place in the UK, some of our customers are experiencing some delays in receiving their order of up to two weeks on some occasions. If your item is urgent then the post office will guarantee next day delivery. If you wish this please choose this option.
Lastly, Birthwise is currently only available as a Region 2 DVD (compatible Europe (except Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan), Western Asia; including Iran, Israel, Egypt; Japan, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho; French overseas territories; Greenland). The Birthwise Team is currently working on the production of a multi-region DVD that would make Birthwise accessible for all regions. If you would like to use Birthwise outside of Region 2, please ensure you have access to a multi-region DVD player or a computer where the region can be changed.
